Backstory: Since the blooodbenders were viewed as quite the cancer among the large majority of the world population, in order to avoid being killed or hunted down. Bloodbenders experimented with making a defensive measure utilizing their forbidden abilities.

What it does: User controls the blood within their body and can harden it all at will for a short period allowing insanely hard skin when attacked. This naturally makes all incoming Slice and Pierce force - 50 in force.
On top of this, the user is capable of accelerating heart rate without much self-damage. This enables the ability to quickly regain stamina in a battle and continue fighting.
