Backstory: Two prodigies long ago were tested in great battle. Trying to quickly rid themselves of their target. They teamed up in sync and created this piercing monstrosity. Ever since then, it's been a special attack that seemed to appear in only those creative.

What it does: User does the activation motion and rises quickly in an outward fashion that can go all around, solely one direction, or 180 outward at the user's will, tons of massive Ice spikes (5 Meters tall, points have 100 Sharpness also.) Once the technique is finished, the ice remains becoming a part of the battle arena. This is of course, unless they are melted etc.
This technique requires a source of water,snow,ice, etc for the spikes themselves. Should the ground in an area not have this, the attack is automatically stopped. If the area near the user never had this to begin, this attack won't launch. Since the magnitude of it is also so large, taking water from just the moisture around in the air is ineffective.
