What it does: User utilizes blood bending in such a way that a motion will shift the blood in a non-damaging manner to augment the motion itself. Thus in this state, throwing a punch is throwing the actual punch and bloodbending the arm forward for added force. The user does this with their entire body when in motion or when at rest thus allowing the strength of the bending to become physical.
