Backstory: Long ago, among many other legends, existed one named the boy within the eye. The eye of what exactly? Well... wind. It claimed that there was an airbender so advanced in manipulating air with the intent of augmenting his own speed that he could appear in a moment and vanish in a flash rarely to ever be seen. Many agreed that this was theoretically possible, however, they couldn't ever discover a proper means of which it would work by. Until now...

Stats Required: 90 Bending Speed, 70 Bending Fluidity, 50 Bending Precision
What it does: The user enters a state of ultra speed and focus. The method is quite simple but requires great bending speed, fluidity, and precision to be properly pulled off let alone maintained.
Essentially, the user will control all air behind them and use it to augment and boost any movement that they make. Strength alone is ineffective in this case as it takes precision to map the air perfectly to the body's position. Of course, this is further requiring of fluidity as well.
In this state, the user can change their course of movement in the air as well as treat air like a solid when they want to.
