What it does: User does a standard motion such as a punch or kick. A punch will create a blast of fire that measures .3 meters in diameter and is spherical with fire trails coming off the back of it. For every 5 points above in both required stats, this size will increase by .1 meters.
For a kick, fire will be directed in a straight sphere exactly like that of the punch. If the kick is direct, it will go directly in the direction of the kick. If the kick has an angle and or swings, the fire leaves at an angle. The same size and rules over size apply.
