Backstory:l Some benders of the past achieved such great levels of proficiency with their fire that it grew from the standard orange or red flame to that of pure blue signifying their extraordinary difference in skill. Naturally, it would appear more elegant and ferocious due to its rarity. Ever since then, it has been awoken in some fire followers either by intense training or pure natural ability.
Effect:l Any and all fire that is originated from the user takes a strong blue color and + 20 Power to all fire abilities, + 10 Speed to all fire techs.
