Backstory: In the 1st world, a powerful fire nation leader known as Ozai used this technique when in battle against avatar Aang. It was previously augmented by the comet, but to benders of the 2nd world. This would be an easy feat without it.

What it does: User punches the ground below them and at the technique's speed. A massive ring of fire along the ground 2 meter in length and 6 meters in height spreads outward at technique's speed from 3 meters around the user and outward.
Ring is 360 in all degrees outward.
2nd Stage: If the ring of fire hits anyone or any objects, a mini explosion of 110 Blast force of condensed fire explodes on that target at technique's speed with a blast radius of 15 meters.
All objects or things the fire passed over are now severely scorched, grass is now black, trees are burning and withered, and for 2 post. That area is insanely hot to the touch.
