Kick existing natural earth, or lift earth then kick.
Lift and punch earth, punch in the air making some natural earth nearby within range fly in an arc or general direction of the punch.
The size of the rock/projectile is a spherical rock .3 meters in diameter. For every 5 points above in both required stats, .1 meters are added to the diameter.
Should the user know Lava, Sand, or Metal. This can be used in that fashion as well.
