Backstory: This attack was made by a long forgotten foreigner who seemed to have mastered the arts of wind itself to the point where complicated creations such as this seemed simple to her. She'd utilize this unexpected move as a decisive ending to any opponent.

What it does: User creates a massive enhanced shuriken wind looking object via taking nearby wind and at great speeds, twirling it fluidly until it is in a state of hyper spinning. This attack can be held or thrown. Once the attack reaches a target, it will do stage 1: Slicing into the target causing body ripping damage. If hit, this stuns the body and makes it nearly impossible to break out of it the person wasn't killed then anyway.
On the 2nd post, the attack goes into stage 2: The Gale Shuriken explodes at 110 Speed outwards between 40 and 70 meters at the user's will. Anything caught in this receives a 2nd 110 Blunt damage and 110 Blast damage. This attack is so powerful that it literally shreds apart the molecules by spinning the nearby air so fast within the expansion.
The attack continues until hitting something in phase 1.
