Skill Template
Skills are special or unique traits learned through experience, knowledge, and training. They can range from greater senses in battles to entirely new forms of combat or increased proficiency in already discovered fields of techniques.
All skills take a minimum of 2,000 Wordcount to be trained. Skills are to be basic and not something insane like a booster of technique power x 100 no matter the wordcount required. Skills don't have ranks, but use common sense here.
One can have a maximum of 5 Skills, once reaching this max. New skills can replace old ones. However, for every replacement, there is 1,000 more added to the skill's
wordcount.
Know the different between skills and techniques. If you have to charge chi and do activation motions, it's likely a technique.
Passive skills cannot boost someone's main stats.
Passive skills cannot boost someone's main stats.
Active skills that possess a trigger can boost one's stats. But at a max of 20 in total.
You can have at max 3 active skills activated at once.
Sub-stats are things like reaction time, jumping height, etc.
Passive skills can boost sub stats in a single field by 10 at most.
If two skills boost the same sub stat or stat in general, they do not stack. The highest boost is taken. [Only exception of this is blue fire and true fire bending]
A skill is limited to only one ability. Of course, there are exceptions where something goes hand in hand such as a skill increasing one's sense increases their reaction time. Otherwise, it's up to reviewing staff.
Skills cannot lower the cost of a technique or cooldowns.
Skills can effect technique force directly at max, for 10 points.
