Backstory: The needed level of skill to even create something like this is rather evident. Though, it was said that there existed a water sage far in the past who had mastered every possible form of water bending. Having control over all of these types of water, as a final crown to his skill, he'd create this legendary weapon.

What it does: The user, with the powers of healing water and blood bending, combine those two. They will now bend all the blood in their body and enhance it with the healing property. Effectively, this makes their body an automatic healing machine. Strangely when mixed in this manner, the healing also gives an energy like feeling since it keeps repairing all muscles connected to the body.
The body's skin becomes either a light blue or dark blue and glows ever so slightly as the inside is now constantly using healing waters.
The user's body is now entirely immune to blood attacks restricting or editing their movement.
In this state, all damage is repaired. Cuts seem to close near instantly. Larger wounds like complete holes through the body take a post before being fixed. As for a statistical representation of this, one's resistance regained per post is doubled.
The easiest way to kill someone with this is to go for the sealing, or go for the brain.
